What we collect
Business contact information you submit through our forms (name, company, phone, email), details about goods you want to buy or sell, photos you upload of your own goods, and basic technical data (a hashed IP address used only for abuse prevention).
How we use it
To match buyers and sellers, contact you about your inquiry, document deals, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information. Your details are shared only with a matched counterparty, and only after you approve the match.
We send individual business correspondence and, with proper identification and opt-out in every message, business outreach. Opting out is one click on the preferences page, takes effect promptly, and is permanent.
Your rights (including California residents)
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing connor@crosshatchtrade.com. Deletion requests are honored except where retention is legally required; a hashed suppression entry is retained so an opt-out survives deletion. We do not discriminate against anyone exercising privacy rights.
Storage & security
Data is stored with access controls in our system of record (Supabase, US region). Photos are held in private storage accessible only through controlled, expiring links.
