What does it cost to list surplus?
Nothing. We only earn when a match completes — a small fee disclosed up front, invoiced separately. No subscriptions, no listing fees.
Who sets the grade on pallets?
The seller represents grade; we document it with photos before pickup and the buyer has inspection rights. We never grade goods in our own voice.
Do you handle shipping?
No — deliberately. The buyer's carrier picks up at the seller's dock (FOB origin). It keeps freight liability where it belongs and our fee small.
How fast do matches happen?
Pallet cores in active regions typically match within the week. Resin and liquidation timelines vary by lot — we tell you honestly before you commit.
Is my info shared?
