PRICING
One small fee. Disclosed up front.
Crosshatch is a disclosed broker. We make one thing: the match. We charge one small, disclosed commission for it, and we never take title, custody, or your money.
One disclosed commission
We earn a single, small commission on a matched deal, agreed in writing before anything moves. No surprises, no fine print.
You are paid direct
The buyer invoices the seller (or the seller invoices the buyer) and funds move between the two principals. Money never routes through us.
Free to browse and list
No fee to browse the catalog or Market Radar, no fee to list surplus, no subscription, no buyer premium on the goods.
Optional licensed escrow
For larger deals, both sides can use a licensed third-party escrow for payment protection. You choose it; we never hold the funds.
How a fee actually works
01
You see the fee first
Before any deal is confirmed, the commission is disclosed and agreed by both sides.
02
The deal is matched
A person confirms the match, the spec, and the terms. Nothing is automated into a binding sale.
03
You transact direct
Seller and buyer settle directly by invoice (or licensed escrow). We are paid our commission separately.
Why so simple?
Because the moment a broker holds your money or takes title, it stops being a broker and starts being a counterparty (with the licensing, fees, and risk that brings). We stay a pure intermediary on purpose: you keep control of price and approval, you are paid direct, and our only incentive is to make a match that closes.
